"First and last time I’m shopping here. Ordering online was difficult enough as the cart/checkout process was glitchy, however I persevered, and like many others I can see, I ordered additional items to dilute the freight cost. Of the 9 items I received, only five were what I ordered, and none were the reason I placed the order in the first place. Four items were substituted, two of which were a day from their use by, so of no use to me at all. I was refunded the items not received, with no explanation as to what had occurred, and after sending another email to request the items I do want, I’ve had no follow up. A very poor shopping experience overall."

"Not a very bad experience, but some of the items I ordered were actually unavailable so I received a refund. There was no problem with what I received or with the refund but I was disappointed that the online shop was not up to date with the stock availability when I placed the order. To top it off, the Dulce flakes that I ordered but that were unavailable are STILL listed as available in the online store over a week later."

"Very expensive delivery options, was told that if you spend over $100 its free delivery but discovered this is not the case, felt pressured into buying due to the timer on the website, as a first time customer I needed more time. Very clunky website, once adding an item to the cart it doesn't ping back to the previous page so you have to start from scratch again each time. 3 items delivered were within days of their best before date!"
