Grays - Dandenong

"I accidentally placed the wrong amount in the auction section. I wanted to place a bid of $412 Instead I accidentally placed a bid of $4120 I called within in 1 minutes and asked to remove my bid. I was told it was my fault and I must purchase the item if I win the auction. The action has still 6 days to go and they refuse to remove the bid. Unfortunately no customer service."

"I’m writing this review with so much of dissatisfaction as I am just walking out of the warehouse. I have never been so disheartened before by any service as much as with Grays. Customer service 0/10. The wait time is approximately 2 hours outdoors (it was raining and windy) The description and the pictures are unreliable. If you are here to get some advice, then it would be “Please avoid dealing with Grays Danddenong”."

"Was sold a truck with a tampered VIN Complained to grays and got ignored for weeks Finally had to go to the police before grays would take my complaint seriously. I had to fly back and forth between my city and where the truck was located when this was discovered after the demanded I have the truck inspected; at my cost, which they promised to reimburse but never did. Took months for them to return my money and now I’m out of pocket over $15,000 in transport cost, loan fees, truck hire which grays completely ignored I have noticed they have since relisted the same truck 3 times now without disclosing the fact the truck has a Tampered VIN and can never be registered I have no idea how they are still allowed to be a licensed motor dealer."

"Worst Experience ever! I thought I am dealing with a reputed company but they are not that good. Bought a car from them and they didn’t mention all the faults car had before selling and after a week car showing so many issues and then after getting back to them within a week after buying they said they don’t know that car had issues and said they can’t help us. I mean it’s their responsibility to check before selling. Never recommending anyone to sell or buy with them. This is my first ever review on anything which I was not ready to do but they made me with their poor customer service."

"Some cars are good, the others are doggy, you have to be very careful unless you know cars. Don’t buy if you don’t inspect first"
