Nightmare process, no accountability from Patrea the Operations Manager & the shop assistant while very nice initially made a complete debacle for a first & last time experience with relation to my delivery address. Emails admitting they got it wrong actually completely wrong, & critical information left of people if you unfortunately live in another state in a Duplex block down a driveway & a long, long, distressing day advising myself to make a claim from the Operations Manager, photographs of proof it was delivered to another house no apologies & then the shop assistant Jane became extremely defensive that she got my address wrong, the worry & stress of an expensive parcel being delivered, photographs of my house delivery instructions everything & many opportunities for these people who REFUSED!! :( to admit they got it wrong so if your after a positive experience & a delivery is required think twice, Jane who became arrogant in saying yes, yes, yes, with such tone in her voice then my only option is to write a review & most of my actually all my reviews have been very positive but its the blatant poor attitude of Patrea the Operations Manager & denial by Jane she got so much wrong then i will not be shopping here EVER again, I am ok if you make a mistake but even a photograph of Delivery Instructions & the wrong house...might be helpful customer service to encourage one to return, when the Operations Manager googled the address she seem to think the house over the road might be helpful so buyer....again think twice if they had wanted to apologies then i would of still been upset but accepted but THEY DID NOT!!! shocking for delivery key information"
