"Very friendly and helpful staff. I had actually just stopped by to drop off a pair of broken "dead" rubber thongs/flip flops and didn't take my wallet with me. This is the second time that I have dropped off "dead" shoes here for Frankie4 to recycle. They will accept any shoes from any brand EXCEPT fluffy slippers. On the way out, I did have a glance at one or two things and will be going back with my wallet."

She helped me find the perfect fit for the many shoe styles I tried on and showed me all the helpful tips on how to get the best out of my shoes. The rest of the staff were so helpful and gave me guidance on styles and comfort levels, the hard part was picking which ones to purchase on the day. Definitely will be coming back again."
