I were very miserable with the pain caused by Plantar fasciitis. Stephanie has explained well and went through the treatment procedures with me. "I had to get a refund at the Clayfield clinic. When I went in to organise it, the front desk staff ( and I assume the practice manager that put the refund through via eftpos) were extremely cold and rude to me. No apologies regarding the stuff up in the appointment. She just glared at me and when I thanked her for putting the refund through ( for something that was THEIR mistake, she continued to glare at me until I walked off. Choose a different podiatrist, one with good customer service and one who listens to your needs/requests and who actually cares."
