"I don’t call twice. Bought roses ($40+) for my wife’s birthday on Wednesday evening, flowers were wilted Friday night and thrown out Saturday morning. This happened to me a couple of years back and was dealt with by the business because I complained however you must be at a stage where you know your stock well enough that you don’t sell sub-standard product. Sorry but I won’t be back. 1 week on: Obviously the lack of a reply or offer of replacement would suggest they don’t give a rats either!!!"
