"I’m updating my review from my original below. Thank you for responding and explaining. Mum is delighted to receive another bouquet! The replacement flowers are exactly like the picture online and are really gorgeous. The ones delivered mistakenly on Mother’s Day have since come into full bloom and are looking wonderful too, so mum is chuffed. The card that came on Mother’s Day was the correct card, so that’s a relief!! Original review: 2/5 stars Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day 2020, spent over $100 including delivery to 1km away. Delivery was fine, but the flowers were disappointing. The picture advertised on the website was totally different to the flowers that arrived. The picture and description included a vase, but we never received one. I know the fine print always says that flowers vary based on availability etc but this is totally different, not a slight variation, and certainly not $100 worth."
