"SAMANTHA with 10 years of experience! What a joke of customer service she has. I came in to return an item that I bought today as it was broken in the package. She had such an awful attitude when I told her that the item was broken. I asked if it's possible to verify if they had the item in store as it was not on the shelves and she said "whatever is on the shelves is whatever we have in stock" lol jokes I used to work at Kmart before and it is not like that. There is a such a big storage of items at the back. Then she tried to refund my card and needed my pin but I forgot my pin number. I asked if I could have a "Voucher" instead and she said that the only way we can refund is by card. LOL jokes and lies again I returned things before at Kmart and I did not need a card, they gave me a voucher instead. Maybe after 10 years of experience she has to do some training again, and learn about customer service. Train her Kmart!!!"
