"I specifically called to check if they had the Nuk Nature Sense bottle 150 ml with Temperature Control, to avoid driving 40 min for nothing in case they didn't have it. They told they did have it, however upon arrival to the store.. it was out of stock. So 40 min of my time and petrol totally wasted. Plus the ladies who assisted at the counter showed zero enphathy. Not sure if they're not being paid enough or they just don't care. Really bad customer experience. By the way, their prices are almost the double of any other retail prices for the exact same products."
