"Absolutely massive can be a little confusing and intimidating but once you’ve been there a few times it’s fine. The store itself is always clean and tidy, staff are very helpful and polite unlike my local bigW in Gympie."

"Poor service - couldn’t find what we wanted so went to the service desk where 7 people were already in the queue and nobody was there to serve. I can go to k mart for lack of service and quality."

"Like the updated store layout. A lot of good products to choose from. Bit disappointing that 2 of the items I went in for today were not on the shelf/available. I did however, find a few extra items that will be very useful. Generally, most of the staff are helpful."

"The lady on the service desk was very rude and not at all pleasant or helpful. I arrived in store to pick up an online order just after opening time. I had the order number and name it was under but this was not enough. I was picking up the order for my husband who was home sick and could not come in. I was told that he should have read all the information and if someone else was coming in he should have put there name down. That is fine but circumstances changed from when he ordered, hence why I came in. Maybe a little empathy instead of rudeness."

"I used to think Big W was one of the lower places to shop, but the more time I spend here, my opinion changes.
