"Sadly went into Just Jeans this afternoon at roughly 3.15pm after having a fabulous experience with them earlier this year. Three of the staff members were having a chat when I walked in, it took them around 15mins to approach me and ask if I was ok and did I need help with size. The manner to which I was treated in terms of body language, tone of voice and look by the staff was disgusting. I am a larger size woman and was left feeling looked down at due to this. I left the store and went to another where and I was validated as a customer and not judged and purchased 3 pairs of jeans. I will not be returning to Just Jeans Kawana after this experience."
