"Order was placed on 8 Dec for 10 Dec: delivery less than 1km from their store. First, you can see what was delivered was not at all per what was advertised: looks like a chrysanthemum bouquet for $65. Second, the delivery was made at the end of the day despite being less than 1km from the delivery point. What’s the point of selecting a local store for the birthday person to receive their flowers at the end of their Sunday? Third, when I called at 4:06pm to find out the status of my order - the person on the phone told me that my order was all “messed up” because I had misunderstood the “Note” section as being the delivery note and therefore entered delivery instructions. Perhaps change the section header to “Message to Recipient” instead of “Note”! Especially as it comes after the recipient’s address."
