"It was my first time purchasing from them. And unfortunately they made a delivery mistake and delivered a week early. Although my wife was thrilled to have received flowers but I was disappointed that the original intention of the flowers as a birthday surprise was not fulfilled. So I rang to tell them of the mistake. They were incredibly apologetic and immediately offered to make amends by sending another bouquet of flowers on the correct date. This showed two things: they cared about the person receiving the flowers and they also cared about my feelings as the purchaser. Overall they handled the mistake very well. I am very pleased and will certainly be a returning customer. If you are looking for a florist that takes care and pride in their work, this is the one! The flowers are beautiful down to the detail of the tie around the flowers and the sachet of 'flower food' for extended lifespan of the flowers in our vase at home. Highly recommended."
