"Average experience. Bought a pack of chips for $4.80. Wanted to return them a few hours later with a receipt. Was told I can't due to people "bulk buying" during the start of the pandemic. The start of the pandemic was over 3 years ago. It was one bag of chips. Hardly a bulk purchase. What it probably is, is a company jealously trying to horde the profits it has made from the outset of the pandemic. I have been a member of woolies rewards for years. Won't be shopping at woolies anymore. Hope hanging on til $4.80 was worth it. Coles has a change of mind refund policy. Looks like your competitor will be getting my buisness from now on. SAD"
