"Your staff on today were so rude. It was my daughters first ever purchase using her own Visa card and her own money and I'm sorry it was here. Staff too busy talking to acknowledge people waiting to be served at the counter. Then kept trying to serve me like my daughter didn't even exist. I had a separate order for myself to pay for and after she was served I was told I had to line up again. After 4 other people. Don't know why and don't care so I left my purchases there and went and spent my money elsewhere."

"City Beach is always such a bizarre shopping experience. Purchased a dress today and waited upwards of 5 minutes just to be served because it took forever for the girl at the counter to serve the guy in front of me. There's 6 other staff members within view of the tills but none of them thought to open another till and serve despite the fact that there was a line of about 6 or 7 other people behind me. The couple behind me were clearly annoyed as well because the bloke wouldn't stop complaining about it lol. This isn't even an isolated incident, it's every time I've visited the store which isn't very often, and it's also not just in Riverlink, though they do stand out among the rest in terms of poor customer service... I'm a store manager of a store in Riverlink and if my store operated like this I'd be beyond disappointed."
