"Every time I go to a red Cross the old ladies are so rude to me. They aren't helpful and speak condescendingly. They're in no rush to help me find someone/something."
"Neat store and very friendly staff."
"Exquisite boutique style Op Shop. Went in needing a business shirt on Thursday but came out with 2 and a pair of shorts all for $13. The staff were super friendly and approachable. Had some great banter while the girls were assisting me to find what I was looking for. I would highly recommend taking a squizz."
"Disappointing and missing the art of the rumage. Far too clean without quirky, collectible and unusual stuff which makes me wonder what they're throwing out. Very spaced out with mainstream mass produced stock you can purchase new for similar prices. I think there is a lack of understanding and poor management as to what the diverse community of Ipswich want. If you're caucasian, mature with a lack of cultural awareness then this place is for you! I've had bad experiences with the pushy pink haired lady who literally talks non stop while you're trying to look and interrupts you or asks personal questions. I don't go here often for obvious reasons."
"On my recent visit I was the only one in the store on a Friday. This is quite a large shop and the tracks of clothes etc are very spaced out, so there is not a lot of stock. Most of the clothes would suit the older age group that lives in this area of Ipswich. They also have a small range of books, CDs, DVDs and a small amount of kitchenware and jewellery. Men's and children's clothes too. Pleasant enough for shopping as a charity shop. For myself, I tend to like stores that carry 'out of the ordinary' things rather than just clothes from mainstream brand stores eg Millers or regular items but you can buy or an equivalent at the shops. This is not an Op shop for the quirky, retro, vintage types of things ...or when you're wanting to find something that's missing as a part from something else so you need to go rummaging .... you know what I mean! This is not one of those types of Op Shops. Very clean, organised and tidy store."
