"Great place to shop for anything clothing for kids"
"Have always shopped at Best and Less and never with issue. Today I went to purchase an issue from a fifteen dollar or under rack. There were about five exact same items but all marked $18, I asked the lass on the floor who said, it’s fine it will reduce at register. Well it didn’t and when I explained where the item was, the register lass stated she had put the items there because she was busy and forgot to move them. I explained consumer law to which she told me again there were put there to be moved later. When I suggested that wasn’t acceptable she smuggly asked if I wanted to see the manager. There was a line of customers behind me and my grandson beside me who was embarrassed so I declined, but I am not happy. It seems like she thinks it’s acceptable practice to hang items in any rack which leads to misleading customers. Maybe some training is required."

"Staff are very friendly, but sizing at Best & Less is no longer uniform, I've purchased multiple items of children's clothing that have all been different lengths and widths despite being the same size (for example a tank top or t-shirt in multiple colours). I've also bought leggings where one of the legs was 3 inches shorter in length. Also, colours fade very quickly, especially when compared to other low cost brands."
