"Was very disappointed with the lack of stock in this store. I normally look online- then go into store to try things on with city chic. I will state no items were "online only" that I went in for. It's a very very small store with probably 30% of what's online. Needless to say I left empty handed.."
"Took my daughter to the Riverlink store today to purchase a formal dress. They deserve 10 stars! The manager gave us the best customer service. She was professional and friendly. My daughter felt like a princess and was treated with the utmost respect. The store was clean and well set out. The choice of clothes, bras and accessories was great. We left the store with a smile. "My initial experience at City Chic Riverlink was great, the staff were very friendly, helpful and encouraging. Unfortunately the two bras I bought along with other things just weren't the right cup size, no matter what I did with the straps (which the lady had told me would fix the issue when I raised my concern in the change room). So I took them back with the receipt only to be told that "I can't do anything with these if you don't have the tags that were on them". What a ridiculous company policy! They were unused and I had the receipt of purchase from two days prior but that didn't matter without the tag. Awesome way to treat customers when we spend hundreds of dollars per transaction in your stores. I'll be avoiding City Chic from now on."
"I recently had to buy an emergency pair of jeans and was greeted warmly and given two options by one of your lovely staff. I tried on the 2 pairs but they just didn't sit right - so another friendly staff looked me up and down and knew straight away what I needed. And indeed she was right! I have never tried before I buy before - so having someone that could tell me what fit I needed just by looking at me was an eye opener. Friendly staff. Easy transaction. Great product knowledge and confident buy. Thank you so much"

The young girl who worked there was absolutely 100% extremely helpful she made it enjoyable, made me feel comfortable and was extremely well mannered. Yes I got a dress and going back for bra's etc. Don't lose this worker, she is an asset."
