"It was my sons very first time at a swim school. He was upset at the start, but swimming instructor gave me tips to calm him down. It is a very relaxing environment and there is no rush to get the activities over and done with. I highly recommend this swim school and i like that you can cancel a lesson and make up for one later on."

"Could not recommend Shapland Warner any higher. We have tried other swim schools which had larger classes and no regular teacher and they did not work for our oldest daughter. I was desperate for her to learn to swim and pool safety from a young age after having a close friends friend drown in a backyard pool, but I eventually gave up because she hated going even after 6 months+ of weekly lessons. When we revisited the idea of swim school with our twins we were referred to Shapland and I was hesitant, but I am so so so glad we found them! There were a few tears the first few classes but now my kids look forward to swimming and even pretend to be their (absolutely incredible!) teacher Benita at home, practicing together. They love coming!! Shapland are accommodating and friendly and I would recommend anyone looking at a swim school to come here! Small classes and wonderful teachers. A life skill that is valuable and taught in a great environment!"

"In the midst of a residential area this swim school has a heated pool that is covered from direct sunlight. Change rooms inside and air conditioned with a clear view of the pool for family/friends to spectate. We started coming here this year and have been really enjoying the classes. Every session has been really fun and is a great learning environment for the little ones. There is plenty of toys to keep them interested as they learn to swim and gain confidence. The standout is definitely the teachers, in particular Benita as she super friendly and the kids love her. We look forward to swim class every week :)"

"My daughter has been going to Shaplands Swim School at Warner for over a year now and absolutely loves it. She has recently changed from the babies class to the transition / step class and now goes in the water by herself with the swim teacher. Terri is a wonderful swim teacher and makes her feel welcome and happy every class she has. The classes are very intimate with a maximum of 3 children per class and sometimes only 1 depending on the day and week, which is great for one-on-one attention. The pool has a maximum of 2 classes running at the same time - so a maximum of 6 children in the pool. The facilities at Warner Shaplands are excellent. There is plenty of car park space and also road parking if needed. There are 3 separate change room facilities which is lovely on those cold winter days for a nice warm shower. The staff reply very promptly to all email enquiries I have sent, which is great. The make-up swim lessons is a great feature of Shaplands which is excellent when your child is sick or if you have another event on the day of swimming, meaning you can cancel the swim class in advance and choose another day/time that suits you without losing the lesson. You also get 3 months to use the make up swim lesson and can see the available class times on their easy to use app. We would highly recommend Shaplands Swim School at Warner."
