"We have had 9 fabulous years with our 2 kids at Bethany Lutheran Primary School. The teachers and staff genuinely care for the students. The curriculum is constantly being reviewed to ensure students are receiving best practice learning packages. Bethany has a diverse range of programs beyond academics to ensure students have a holistic and balanced education, including music , sports, debating and community service opportunities. We’ve never regretted sending our kids to Bethany."

"We have been a part of the Bethany Lutheran Primary School community now for over 9 years, as well as my husband being a former student himself 40 years ago! The School is an amazing community of staff, parents and children, and we are so glad that our 3 boys have all been a part of the School. The School provides that perfect balance of providing opportunities for all students, but in a nurturing and caring environment that exists in a smaller than average school. Over the last 5 years in particular, the School has risen to new heights, offering a wide range of teaching and learning opportunities to support children of different academic stages and development. When our boys have needed different levels of support for a number of reasons, the staff have stepped in and stepped up in a massive way. Bethany Lutheran Primary School continues to reach new heights every year, in no small part to the amazing set of teachers and staff that work there. We are looking forward to the next 5 years of being a part of this AMAZING SCHOOL!"

"I worked at this school as a cleaner, my experience was to say the least not a good one. I was harassed by unruly students had rocks thrown at me, was told I was deaf and dumb, we hate you, was told I had big breasts by an eight year old boy, this was reported. This is unacceptable behaviour from anyone let alone kids in a supposedly Christian school. This behaviour was ongoing nothing was done about it. To top it off even some of the staff were not nice, didn't speak or even say hello to me or the other new cleaner who was working along side of me, she witnessed the horrible behaviour from both students and teachers, she was right they are not nice people here.(this lady was south African and very religious). Then I was told to blank off by another supposedly Christian staff member, that in itself is enough for anyone to be sacked by the school. Person still there. If this school wants to be around for another forty years they will and need to lift their standards. Treat all people with respect and dignity regardless of their life and who they are and where they come from. There are none so blind as those who will not see. I have never been so badly treated by humans in any of my working history as I was by Bethany Lutheran. You ought to be ashamed to say and use Jesus's name in your current climate."

"This school was really lovely until the new principal Heidi took over. Then it all went down hill. I waited 6 months after leaving this school to post this because I wanted to ensure I was leaving an accurate review. After my children have been in a different school for 6 months I can honestly say that leaving Bethany was the best thing that ever happened to them. They’re respected by their teachers now. Their behaviour has been perfect. They have improved so much academically. They have amazing friendship groups. The new school works with parents to sort out any issues that may come up. The absolute opposite of Bethany. My only regret is not leaving Bethany sooner. Obviously this is an individual experience and I’m sure there are a lot of people that do really like this school. However I also know I’m not the only one who has had a terrible experience here."
