Liberty Oil Rosebud

"I'm editing my review and getting rid of my previous 5 stars in relation to the recent situation taken place at Liberty Rosebud. The higher-ups at Liberty want to get rid of the new beautiful family/owners of this fuel station and after all they've done to make the place brand new, including cleaning, cooking daily meals, helping customers in and out of the store whether to jump start their cars or give a helping hand to any elderly who need it. You go to LITERALLY ANY other petrol station and you'll have 1 guy at the counter staring blank at you just wanting you to pay and leave. Not a smile, not a simple greet "hello". The family at Liberty Rosebud have literally dedicated their lives to this station as well as supporting locals. AND on top of that, they travel twice daily from their home which is an hour away. They don't deserve to be kicked out. They deserve to stay and get some recognition from everything they've done and even some of the lives they have changed since moving in. If Liberty go through with the termination, I can guarantee you, you won't find a better family than this one that actually cares about their customers and feedback and wants to make a difference. Instead it'll go back to (no offence) most likely an Indian group who will be just as rude and blank face as the last group that was there before our current family. Don't make this mistake Liberty. Be human about this one thing ever. Not only will it affect reviews but also sales and customer feedback and relationships."

"Horribly rude staff.. store person made the mistake and charged me the wrong amount then got the police involved after I had left. I returned to pay the bill only to get pointed at, spoken down to and accused of being dishonest. Wouldn’t get fuel here unless you want a call from the police for someone else’s mistake…"

"5 star for the staff but market inside is much more expensive than the other petrol station markets."

"It has good gas and great service. But if you take a item to purchase to buy. And they tell you a item already stocked is not in the computer . Don't take the item put it back because the are about to rip you off"

"One of the staff had his kids playing loud music in the station around 6am and sitting and leaning on the counters where he served. I had to ask the kids to move. It was so bad. He even forgot to give me my water after I paid and he was so distracted by his teenage kids I had to get his attention. I've never seen this sort of thing happen before but it was just so uncalled for and unproffesional. Will be conctacting the company. Also, I wouldn't get the fresh fruit. My strawberries had enormous mould on them and I paid $3."
