"Service with a smile. They always try to go the extra mile and find what you are looking for. They know their products. More than most other Kmart stores, they seem to get stock in quickly, so almost every time you go looking there, the product is there or coming soon. The only thing I would never buy is their perfume or beauty products, but that is just Kmart, generally not just Booragoon, of course. It's only been 23 years without kitchen benches. I was using a sideboard which did the job. Now I have retired, I bit the bullet and decided to put in a proper kitchen...I didn't want anything too expensive for my gorgeous little miners cottage, so decided to use Kmart cupboards (changed out the legs for height)."

"Honestly, love this place but it is going down hill. Not product wise, but staff wise. Was shopping there not to long ago and witnessed staff abusing each other quite loudly making it very noticeable and inappropriate. Customers don’t need to see it, and either do the young children that are constantly in the store. Keep your work drama at the door."

"Went into Kmart yesterday to buy an old lady a bra, she couldn’t make it because she can’t leave the house so I went in for her. I saw signs saying no returns on bras. I went over to the service desk and asked if I could swap the bra size over she said yes, I even checked at the front desk and the girl said yes. I’ve come in today to swap the bra over because it doesn’t fit and the manger told me I couldn’t. I’ve very VERY DISAPPOINTED. This is completely unfair when I had two girls clearly say yes and the next day it says no. I hope Kmart does something about this policy because it’s not fair for people just trying help another person out. All I was wanting to do was swap sizes not return, now the poor lady has no choice but to wear the wrong size bra. Absolutely disgraceful KMART !!!!"

"Large sized Kmart, most of the time there’s plenty of stock however the shelves can be a bit messy with opened products, broken products ect. Always feels like they never have enough staff available to assist especially at the customer service counter. This Kmart has been around for years and is always good to have a Kmart of this size on the Peninsula!"
