"Absolutely cannot fault this centre. We toured 9 centres before deciding on 1, and Imagine was the only centre where every staff member made an effort to greet us and our son. Our son has weight gain issues, and the staff could not do anymore to help us. They have been giving him boosted meals and extra meals to assist us in putting some weight on him, and all for no extra charge. The nursery team show our son the kind of love we see shown to him from family. He absolutely adores his educators, and the educators from multiple other rooms also. We couldn’t ask for more. He’s happy at drop off and comes home happy and loved at the end of each day. The centre is all inclusive, which makes our lives a lot easier when we only have to worry about formula. The centre chef is fantastic too, the menu always looks fresh and well planned."
"This centre has a lot of potential (great outdoors area, spacious), yet despite the fact it is fairly recent it looks very run down, the rooms are almost always messy, it doesn’t look like the floors are vacuumed regularly. I don’t feel there is an appropriate amount of communication either, the educator in my child’s room has been replaced, I have never been notified of this and found out after asking. Having said that the chef is really good, my child always comments on how much he ate and how good it was."
"This is my personal experience and all opinions expressed are my own. My son was at the daycare for a very short period of three and a half months. From our experience, key points are: - Personal connection was not existent. We completely understand that the early education sector is under a lot of stress at the moment and stability with educators is not always possible at centers. Having established this, I would expect the center to at least update the parents on the recruitment process of a lead educator who had recently left and who exactly is responsible for the specific room in the interim. It has almost been three weeks since a lead educator has left and I still wasn't aware of the educators who may / may not have taken over the room. I take consistency very seriously in a child's early years and this was a major red flag for me. I'm unsure if I'm the only parent feeling this. I didn't get a chance to meet the new lead educator so I cannot comment on this. When we did decide to leave there wasn't any discussions on why we felt that way or what could be done for our concerns from Management (Area Manager was very empathetic but we don't get to deal with them everyday). - Management processes are extremely immature: We had issues with our billing and after a whole lot of running around and finally escalating to the Area Manager, I was able to understand the account. It appears as though Management is not a 100% sure of their own processes. It took three and a half weeks for me to resolve a simple account issue (excess amount debited). Communication for my queries AFTER this incident had improved but I had already lost my confidence by then. - My child has always been in centres where a child's particular interest was highlighted every couple of weeks (or every other month) and how they were looking to nurture it further. During our time there, I have only seen my child's specific interest sent as a separate story to me once. All of these feedback have already been escalated to the Area Manager and my child no longer attends the center as I had lost my confidence with their processes."
"What a fabulous Centre filled with loving caring staff. My third child who is 4 months just began in the nursery and the ladies didn’t skip a beat. I was really concerned as my youngest boy has a fairly early bedtime and sleeps quite well, but they did so well in keeping the routine that works for our busy family. My boy was so happy to be dropped off and content when I picked him up too. I love that I don’t need to pack nappies or food and I even earn rewards on the money I pay to attend. I love the daily photos and updates I get through their app too. All of this makes me feel like I am part of a supportive village. I am quite a fussy person so I don’t recommend anything but the best available and I am very glad I enrolled here. Five stars from me. Thanks ladies - you are saints!!!"
"Such an amazing centre. My son loves going there and has developed beautiful relationships with the staff and other children. The educators are wonderful. They are so friendly and respond really well to whatever situation is occurring. They work as a team and provide a safe and warm environment for the children to play and learn in. The resources are amazing. My son is developing in leaps and bounds and I never worry about him when he's there because I know he is receiving the best care and attention."
