I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Lab, and I must say that it was a truly unique and unforgettable experience. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant has an open kitchen, which means you can see the chefs at work as they create the dishes. The tasting menu consists of multiple courses, each one more impressive than the last. Each dish was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, with a range of unique flavours and textures that kept my taste buds entertained throughout the meal. "I booked for the Spring Racing High Tea. The food was really good. Full of flavour, & definitely fresh. I cannot fault the service, our waiter returned plenty of times to refill our glasses. And only once did we have to flag someone down so we could have coffee/tea. My one complaint would be, that we had booked approximately 1 month before. We booked the cheaper version ( so not the bottomless champagne), on arrival, our waiter asked if we would like champagne, so we said yes, not realising that this would be the dearer version & not just a complimentary single glass. Management needs to have their staff be aware of what we have booked, OR should check to see if parties want an upgrade"
