"I bought a $70 shimano fishing reel plus spend another $20 for line and only after using it once it stopped working. I have cleaned it properly and it is obviously manufacturing issue. I took it to shop and they refused to replace it under warranty. Staff and particularly store manager were very rude and said yeah go a head and complain. I have a kmart reel bought it 7 years ago and it is still working. I never had such a bad experience at all."
"Simon person in the store always deny to do work.. sometimes he said we only two persons are in store so can’t fillip the gas and today he said it’s dark so I can’t fillup the gas… but no there was not dark at that time. There were three guys in the store when I said them u can fill the gas you are three guys standing in the store .. they said no and start laughing…I always come to this store because it’s near to my home but now in future I will not visit this jindalee bcf store."
