"I went too Harbour town DFO for a look being indecisive I left without shoes. Next day went back with phone and Facetime ready for advice. The store was closed for technical difficulties so I left "No Shoes". I drove to DFO at the Airport not knowing what to expect just knowing I wanted shoes and was met with an employee by the name of Cameron who spent easily the next half hour with me exclusively to help me find the perfect pair of shoes while making sure I took advantage of the offer that allowed me to basically get 2 pairs for cheaper than 1 pair. I also didn't require Facetime help as I was so happy and impressed with how I was treated and never been happier with the service and purchases that I made. It was a blessing in disguise having to go to you guys and I highly recommend your store and services to anyone. Thankyou again for your help it is seriously appreciated. "Very disappointing shopping experience. I often come to Nike for shopping, but this time it's really unacceptable. On Tuesday noon, I bought a pair of shoes at nike dfo. Because of the cashier did not remove the tag. When I went out, the alarm sounded, indicating that I was very cooperative and told them that you had forgotten to remove the tag for this new shoe. Who knew that Nike's employees not only didn't help me remove the tag, but also didn't let me go and let me stand at the door waiting for them. They served two customers before coming over. What I waited for was their search all my belongings. They didn't confirm which bag caused the alarm and flipped through all my bags, open and taking out the shoes I bought from puma！！！It took me a lot of time and they attitude was very bad! I really can't understand！！！！！If the alarm rings, wouldn't it be more efficient for you to first determine which cargo rings. If I really took something, why should I stand obediently at the door and wait for you to serve two groups of customers. I thought your employee was here to help me solve the problem because everyone else would be so afraid that I had been misunderstood by the alarm for this NIKE TAG！！！"

"Excellent customer service by the staff. I explained to the manager Alex that the shoes I bought over a month and a half ago have been extremely hurting my feet despite using them seldom. Alex patiently heard what I had to say and then assigned Seb, a team member, to assist me with picking the right shoes as well as promised me to accept the return of the shoes at no cost. Also, Alex quickly analysed what type of shoes suited me and advised Seb to show the shoes accordingly. Seb is another amazing soul. He took me through various types of shoes that suited my purpose and stayed all the time until I was at the store. Excellent customer service displayed by the management and the staff at the store today!"
