"It’s with such pleasure to leave this review. My son was a tiny bit nervous calling to make a enquiry on a part as he wasn’t 100% confident in what he needed. The staff member (Tim)? was so kind and helpful on the phone, he was emailing items while on phone to help! it was so appreciated that he helped him with out what I often see of an ego of knowledge making him feel bad. We went in to pick up the part and as soon as we walked in a staff member greeted us with a friendly hello. My son bought his part and we took it out to the car to satisfy our own worry driving so far and next min the lovely man came out to make sure all was ok and explained it to my son. This is not the service we are used to. It’s such a lovely feeling to see staff that have been in this field explaining it to newbies. The manager of this store should be commended on finding such lovely staff. I would not hesitate to do the drive again just for the service. Great job Lux BMX you are appreciated greatly."

"For NZ customers: I got a message from their customer support team, and then my issue was well handled, despite the problem was not their fault. I waited for a long time, which was not great, but it was not their fault. The way they deal with customers and handling issues are great. If you are not in a super hurry, LUXBMX is your choice. More options to choose. Thanks again for your effort. --------------------------------------------------- I recently purchased items online from NZ and added express international shipping with an additional approx. $30 extra shipping cost. LUXBMX dispatched the items swiftly, and I am totally happy with them. But I must say the shipping was horrible. It took 15 days to deliver despite it saying "express". I know it's not your fault at all. But NZ customers should be aware that it will take 15 days after you place an order with express shipping. LUXBMX has a standard shipping option for free with a purchase over $200.But I can't think how long that standard shipping will take. Although LUXBMX is awesome, shipping is a part of the online shopping experience. Hence low review."

"These guys have shown me nothing but absolutely outstanding customer service and respect on multiple occasions. Both in email, the website chat window and over the phone. Extremely knowledgable and able to answer all my questions. On my most recent order, I got the wrong size which was totally my fault as I mis-measured. Pretty much no questions asked, willing to return it for the next size up. To top it all off, postage has always been super fast for me, despite a lot of the items not being stocked in their warehouse and me living in a different state. Also one more thing on the topic (I could probably go all day stating positive things) they have extensive info on how their orders work. And even if you don’t read this info, they immediately email you with informative updates to keep you chill ✌️ 12 out of 5 stars! Pretty much a customer for life."
