"Don't ask this store to repair your products. You will waste your money and time as well as your valuable products. I asked for a replacement belt for my diving computer. I would use it in a month and asked if I could have it repaired in time. He said it wouldn’t take more than two weeks, so I asked him to repair it. I live a little far away, so I asked them to send it home after the repair and I also paid for the shipping. But after waiting over 2 weeks, I haven’t heard from them nor have they sent the item. I emailed them and they replied with a carefree, "please come on in t the store and you can collect your dive computer." even though I had already paid for shipping. After that, I sent an email but received no reply. When I sent it again a few days later, I received an e-mail back saying that”We are just waiting on confirmation of your delivery address.", as if I was responsible for it. My address was included in the email I sent beforehand, but they didn't even seem to have read the email. In the end, the item didn’t arrive by the date I wanted to use it. I then checked the delivery and found that the battery cover on the back of the watch had been tightened for some reason, even though I had not asked for it. It was so tight that I couldn’t open it by myself, so I couldn’t insert a new battery. Even if the belt is new, it can’t be used if the battery can't be inserted. Moreover, it had severely damaged my product, which I had used carefully for about 10 years to avoid scratching it as much as possible. I took a picture of it before I sent it in for repair, so it is clear that this store did the scratching. And there is no apology for that. I considered suing them for the destruction of property, but they would ignore my emails again anyway. I ended up paying another store to open the lid and put in new batteries to make it ready to use. If I had asked another store from the beginning, it wouldn't have taken so much time and money, and I wouldn't have been unpleasant about damage to the product. I haven't had such an unpleasant experience in a long time. I'll never use this store again."

"These guys always greet you as you walk through the door with a cheery smile and and are always very helpful. I recently had an issue with a computer I bought elsewhere and was helped out in getting a replacement organised. Big thumbs up and thank you very much for your help, Jeremy! Paul also has provided me with heaps of tips that have made my dives better and more fruitful. He has the friendliest vibe and I would happily empty out my account upon every visit.
