Welcome to Jackpot Dining, a unique restaurant located at 1151 Creek Road in Carindale, Australia. We are an establishment that combines the gourmet-style of Chinese cuisine with a quick-service format, ensuring that our dishes are prepared and served within two to five minutes after the order is placed. This speedy service has made us a popular choice among our customers.

At Jackpot Dining, we take pride in preparing and cooking all of our ingredients on site. We do not outsource any of our operations, and we prioritize food hygiene and safety in our back house operation. To maintain the highest quality, we have our own temperature-controlled food transportation vehicle and insulated carriers to preserve food freshness. Our refrigerator temperatures are also monitored daily. Additionally, our open design kitchen allows customers to witness firsthand how our kitchen staff handles and prepares the food.

To ensure that we serve only the best to our valued customers, we pay special attention to food quality. We source our raw materials directly from local farmers and butchers. Our noodles are delivered daily by a local noodle maker based in Fortitude Valley, while our vegetables are sourced from the Brisbane Market every morning or delivered by farmers.

Our journey began with our first takeaway business concept, Jackpot Noodles, which opened on George Street in 1999. Its success led to the launch of the first Jackpot Noodles Restaurant on Albert Street in Brisbane CBD. Over the years, we expanded our reach with additional restaurants in Toowong, West End, and Elizabeth Street in Brisbane. We also established Functions and Catering Services, catering to both the local community and corporations such as ANZ, Flight Centre, and The University of Queensland.

In line with our quick-service Chinese restaurant model, we rebranded as Jackpot Dining and introduced the Jackpot Roasting station across our outlets. Our Albert Street and Toowong locations also underwent store relocations and matching interior designs. To meet the growing demand, we opened our fifth restaurant on Elizabeth Street in mid-2013. In 2019, we made a move to the new urban dining playground UPSTAIRS Toombul, and most recently, we opened our first-ever Westfield branch in Carindale.
