"Rude useless counter staff with no customer service skills and very long wait time for simple pizza. They did give a free garlic bread for the long wait but the angst of it all was very stressful. Management needs to train these young people customer service skills."

"Once I arrived and it said ready they hadn't even started cooking it. Then got overcharged because no lava cakes so they gave me a lava puff roll for the same cost. There was a slight misunderstanding in communication with the staff and they were polite I believe this is more a fault with Domino's policies than staff - and the fact that the customer poses no priority to them"

"The team members are least concerned to show some care when a person orders vegan pizza and making sure there no meat element in it. We ordered a vegan pizza and found a big chunk of meat on it and on the top of that the extra sauce was added like a full splash instead of proper serving portion. Too poor customer service, and food taste. The thin crust that we ordered was almost like a flat wrap."

"Very rarely order take out/delivery for this reason. We had a big day at work so thought we would just cheat and grab something easy. But after receiving this, I don’t know what you would call it, definitely won’t be ordering anything again for a while! Called the store, after being on hold for ten minutes they answered. Explained the situation and they offered a redelivery. Just requested a refund as we didn’t want to waste more of our time. I’m sure the garbage can enjoyed the blob in a box."

"We ordered this, said the pizza would be out and within 4 minutes so we left, drive for about 5 minutes and got in store, sorry it's still 4 mins away.. okay that's fine, we can wait. Wait for about another 5 mins, get it, okay no worries. Shop looked busy, the supervisor was scalding a delivery driver about a wrong drop off in Gumdale.. bit odd to be talking about it in front of customers. Anyway, the pizzas, they were okay. Were they edible yes, were they better than a cheese toastie? Well they had the makings of being good pizzas but the topping were too scarce and overall too inconstistant. I'd requested no pineapple on my supreme, sure enough, I only found one bit, but I'd also asked for olives, which I was charged for(for swapping one topping for another?)(it says on the website, no more than 2 shopping changes per pizza, but it doesn't specific you'll be charged) and I didn't find a single olive. All the other toppings were pretty lacklustre accross the pizzas, the bacon on my bothers pizza was basically one bacon rasher and a few crumbs. Overall, in a pinch you can feed a crowd here but if you're wanting consistent results when ordering food I would not spend the money."
