"What a disorganised store, with the worst customer service. From telling us they have our sizes multiple times, and waiting over half an hour to be told they can’t find it - to coming and asking what shoe we were after again. Another customer spilled coke near the entrance, a massive slipping hazard. 3 staff looked at it, laughed and walked away - it was still there 15 minutes later when we finally walked out! How hard can it be to purchase a pair of shoes!! We walked out empty handed and will never return"

"I went in to try on some shoes, was served by a young Asian guy. Asked for a size 9 and 10 to try he hands me a 9 and they are to small so I ask for a 10. A few minutes go by and a 10 comes out I try it on and it was still tight so he puts a pair behind the counter for me while I put my shoes on. I go up to pay and I say yes I have a size 10 behind the counter, they say a 10 woman's and as you can imagine I was after a 10 men's. They check another few minutes or so go past. I then hear one of the other staff say have you let the customer know that we don't have any and then I hear him say no and the other staff member say you need to let the customer know. Then he comes over and with a look on his face that he cbf and is above the job says actually we don't have any size 10. Not even a sorry or anything for wasting my time needless to say was the first and last time i will be going there. I ended up going to athletes foot and I was actually assisted by someone who seemed to care."
