Jackpot Dining
About the Business
Welcome to Jackpot Dining, a unique restaurant located in Brisbane City on Elizabeth Street. As an establishment that focuses on food and is considered a point of interest, Jackpot Dining offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience that combines the gourmet-style of Chinese cuisine with a quick-service format.
What sets Jackpot Dining apart from other restaurants is its ability to prepare and serve the majority of dishes within just two to five minutes after an order is placed. This quick turnaround time has contributed to the restaurant's immense popularity among its customers.
At Jackpot Dining, we prioritize food hygiene and safety. All ingredients are prepared and cooked on-site, and we do not outsource any of our operations. Our back house operation ensures that food is handled and prepared with the utmost care. We even have our own temperature-controlled food transportation vehicle and insulated carriers to preserve the quality of our dishes. Our open design kitchen allows customers to witness firsthand how their food is prepared by our skilled kitchen staff.
To ensure that we serve only the best to our valued customers, we pay special attention to food quality. We source our raw materials directly from local farmers and butchers, ensuring freshness and supporting local businesses. Our noodles are delivered daily by a local noodle maker based in Fortitude Valley, and our vegetables are sourced from the Brisbane Market every morning or delivered by farmers.
Jackpot Dining's roots trace back to its first takeaway business concept, Jackpot Noodles, which opened its doors in 1999 on George Street, opposite the Treasury Casino. The success of this venture led to the launch of the first Jackpot Noodles Restaurant on Albert Street in Brisbane CBD. Since then, Jackpot Noodles has expanded to various locations, including Toowong, West End, and even introduced catering services for local communities and corporations such as ANZ, Flight Centre, and The University of Queensland.
In line with our commitment to providing quick service and quality Asian cuisine, we rebranded as Jackpot Dining and introduced the Jackpot Roasting station across our restaurant outlets. We have continuously expanded to meet the growing demand, opening our fifth restaurant on Elizabeth Street in Brisbane in mid-2013. In 2019, we made a move to the new urban dining playground UPSTAIRS Toombul, and recently opened our first Westfield branch in the suburbs of Carindale, expanding our reach down south.
Whether you visit our West End, Toowong, or Carindale location, you can expect a delightful dining experience that combines speed, quality, and affordability. Come and join us at Jackpot Dining, where we bring the flavors of China to your plate with a touch of Australian hospitality.

Reviews
"Needed some Chinese and found a satisfying quick meal! I was able to get noodles and fried rice for under $15!! Menu was super easy to read and had pictures. No regrets!"
"Jackpot is a pretty decent Chinese fast food chain offering casual dining. The meals are affordable and moderately sized, good cost to portion ratio. Service is quite fast. I ordered off the chef special menu and got the seafood combination egg sauce on rice, which was yummy and filling."
"Have always found their food to be reasonably good until tonight! Ordered the roast pork with tofu and veggie stir-fry and asked for it to be made spicy. Now this isn’t my first time ordering it and usually the chefs will fry everything along with a dash of chili paste. Tonight, none of that happened. In fact all they did was douse it with half a bottle of chili oil making the dish extremely spicy and oily. When I rang to offer feedback, all they could say was perhaps the chef is new and different chefs make it differently. No attempts to refund or replace the dish at all. Whatever happened to quality control and consistency?!"
