"I don't normally leave reviews, but Kar Air provided such an amazing service, I wanted to share my experience. I cannot recommend them enough. Would rate six stars if I could! They booked me in with short notice and Michelle was so lovely over the phone answering my many questions. What I thought was going to be a simple regassing turned out to be a bit more complicated as my AC not working was due to something electrical that needs further investigation - the team at Kar Air spent hours and hours running diagnostics trying to work out the problem for me, but despite the time they spent working on my car, only charged me a small diagnostics fee. They gave me good advice and pointed me in the direction I need to go for further investigations. This business is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. If ever I need work done in the future I will be coming back for sure, as will my family. Thank you guys for all of your help!"
