"Frank was amazing! I highly recommend using him for a pre purchase inspection like I did. I arrived 15 minutes early to the inspection and he was already there. Even before we met he had sent me a detailed email with information about the car and several others for a comparison. When I arrived we spoke for about 5-10 minutes to go over any questions I had about the car and then he carried out a thorough inspection. Communication during the whole experience was exactly what you would expect in this situation. He showed me photos during the inspection and talked me through everything, explaining what was good and what I need to be mindful of. We then took the car for a test drive and again the communication was great. He continually explained how he felt the car was performing and any concerns he might have. After the inspection I received a very detailed report going over absolutely everything and outlining possible work that would need to be done and other options etc. Dealing with Frank has been a great experience that I would recommend to anyone who needs piece of mind before they purchase a vehicle. "Frank was excellent! He fit us in after we booked a last minute inspection. He ran a complete diagnostic of the vehicle we were looking at. We then also had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle with him. He then gave us his thoughts on the car and provided us with a detailed report outlining all his findings. Something we particularly liked was the fact that he talked us through his findings and what they mean as he went through the vehicle. We feel more confident in the future when looking at other vehicles. He also was very genuine and transparent and made sure that the car was worth our time and money.
