"The classic burrito wa sso good!! Well served for the price paid."
"Terrible customer service by zambrero staff tonight, that is 11/7/2023. There were 2 girls and I stood there for 10mins and yet was not asked by both the ladies for my order. They were giggling among themselves but didn’t have time to ask me what I wanted to order. Would definitely urge the manager to look into these 2 girls immediately as they are spoiling the name of buranda branch. When I told them why are you not taking my order, one of the ladies replied that she didn’t know I wanted to order. Why would I come to zambrero if I didn’t want to order? Please I urge you to look into these 2 ladies, they are definitely unprofessional and don’t know how to approach customers."
"New menu price increase is 20% and more compared to their more popular Mexican food competitors. When I ordered a Burrito and asked if they could not include cheese, sour cream and jalapeños but change the salsa to another one they wanted to charge me an extra $1 and when I asked for black rice instead of white they wanted to charge me another $1 and yet they are very happy to offer no discount when taking away high priced items like cheese, sour cream and jalapeños which were included as standard inclusions and not what I want to eat as I’m lactose intolerant. You have just priced yourself out of the market with terrible policy and no care for your customers. You’ve lost me as a customer as I won’t pay almost $20 for a Burrito particularly when taking off cheese, sour cream and jalapeños. I’d be scared to ask how much guacamole would cost ! Just terrible so do yourself a favour and go straight to Guzman for better service, prices and flexibility. Bad call owners."
"Very low serving. Half the Signature Bowl filled with lettuce. Low servings of rice, bean and salsa. Expected better service. I had bought before and servings were good. One guy before us just left after seeing the servings. We came in about 7:30pm. You can check it with the girl who served us."
"Slow service and messy kitchen/prep station. It was understaffed when I went there on a Sunday afternoon. The young girl working there was on her own as the other staff was on break. I also didn't get two stamps when I ordered two burritos, only got one and noticed when I was out the door. Didn't want to go back in as there was 6 people waiting to be served after me."
