"It is truly so disappointing everytime we order from here. The side of guacamole given at 6.30pm is the one prepared first thing in the morning. (Also lack of salt and lime) I paid for extra feeling but only got normal portion. I was a Shift leader at gyg, and know very well how portions are and how we are not supposed to give old guacamole. Only go to this store because it's the closest one. But may stop even going there. Also waited 25 min in store for an app order ordered 10 min before getting to the store."
"I had the worst experience last night with GYG Buranda. I ordered two enchiladas for take out. I noticed while I took my first bite is that it is a wrap with a lot of Rice in it and with couple of pieces of Chicken, Coriander and Jalepeons. Please see the photos. The staff didn't even let us know that they dont have the ingredients. It was a waste of money and I could no eat that and it all went to the bin. Being a customer we spend money to get the normal quality food. But sometimes it seems like there is no value of our hard earned money. I won't rate this store. It was the worst experience. Not going there ever and noy recommending them to anyone."
