"I was extremely hungry when I came to gyg to be rescued. I had not eaten for 23hrs at this point and I order an enchilada and was blessed by the staff that day. It was a beautiful meal and I felt so full and happy. The staff was also so nice and welcoming I enjoyed my meal greatly. Thank you."
"I just purchased my first burrito at this location for the chain and I have to say I was bitterly disappointed. The burrito cost me $15.20 and it was predominately rice. There was about a inch of beef down the very bottom of the burrito, which consisted of 2 very large chunks of unpleasant fat, and less than a tablespoon of tomato within the whole thing. For $15 I would expect a lot more beef and tomato and sour cream that is not watery. Will not be revisiting anytime soon."
"I used to love gyg. Ordered online tonight and went in to pick up. I was just left standing around for ages and felt completely ignored. Finally got my burrito which was just sitting there the whole time. Got home to find out my chicken burrito didn't have any chicken in it, no meat at all actually, just rice and beans. Really disappointed."
"First time trying this food chain. Very underwhelming unfortunately. Ordered a large size pulled beef enchilada meal. I love Mexican food but this appeared to be a MacDonald's version of the Mexican meals I am used to. The serving size was very small, the amount of beef would have been no more than 2 dessert spoons worth in total, topped with a literal mountain of cold guacamole which unfortunately was not the best tasting. Yes at Around $24 this was slightly cheaper than say Montezuma's but for the few extra dollars the food is very tasty and you leave feeling very full. As opposed to after finishing here I left and bought a hamburger in the same complex as I was still hungry and had a busy afternoon ahead. A positive though, was the service was reasonably quick. I hate leaving totally all negative reviews."
"Don't come here in-between lunch and dinner. Cheese fries is like they scraped the bottom of an empty container of fries and salsa, image attached. Order a burrito with brown rice. Just tell me you don't have brown rice. Don't charge me extra and think I won't notice there's no brown rice. Hopeless."
