"Going to a) Cash Converters and b) in Ringwood wasn't really where I expected a good experience, but I was pleasantly wrong. I found an item of interest to me at a good price on Gumtree. It was advertised by Cash Converters Ringwood 4 days ago. I called up and spoke with Tracy who confirmed the item was still available. I advised I would be about an hour and Tracy offered to keep the item behind the counter for me. I was an hour later than I thought I would be, however the item was still waiting for me despite me being late and not calling ahead to advise of this. Tracy was very friendly and pleasant to deal with in person and wished me a happy Easter as we completedthe transaction. I was also provided both paper and digital (email) receipts and reminded of the 90 day warranty. The product itself turned out to be brand new in its original packaging which means I've saved a good 30-40% on a brand new item. It works as it should also. I actually couldn't think of how my experience could be improved. Very happy!"
"Have to say really impressed with Alex in the Ringwood store. I ordered a couple of items via the website this morning but there was some issues with the transaction going through. Spoke to Alex who was extremely helpful and the ecommerce manager Rebecca responded very quickly and sorted out the issue with the online order. Overall great service with getting what I ordered sent today and resolving the issues. Would happily buy from again. Appreciate the brilliant communication and overall great service."
"Had some surplus technology that we wanted to sell and the process was very straightforward and efficient. The buying area is around the side of the Cash Converters store and looks a bit like a bank counter. The staff member was friendly and professional and offered us what we thought was a slightly low price but with some haggling we got a little more and walked out with cash in hand. Very impressed with how straightforward the process was although there is a process of identification and legal documents to sign which is perfectly understandable. Pleasant experience and will definitely consider next time we have surplus or uneeded items. The main store part is actually very small and doesn't have a huge range of items."
