"My daughter and i were there Wednesday morning and I can assure you we will never set foot in that nightmare!! again The worst exeperince we have ever encounted...We purchased breakfast which included a flat white,while waiting on the coffee we got our table sat down and started eating, After a few bites of my burnt crossiant I went upto get my flat white and the young man who served us told me i had to collect it around the other side..apparently the coffee pickup point, Seriously I was not expecting the rude and unbelieveable attitude from the middle aged female coffee maker, fair enough i waited till she finished with a couple of customers expecting to be next..Another customer came and wow they got their coffee when that person left ,I was still standing there waiting for my coffee,I then watched her take out her phone, scroll thru it ,I did not exist no acknowledgement from her whatsoever..I then asked her where my coffee was??? meanwhile my food had gone cold, she asked me what i ordered..me flat white..she replied she didnt get the order and the guy who was standing right next her took the order and my money,She went on to say that it wasnt her fault that she didnt get my order ,By then I had enough and told her i didnt want coffee anymore and would like a refund to which she refused to do so ,I then told her she can keep the money and everything else we purchased including the burnt crossiant..Thankyou to the redcliffe hospital staff for your much appreciated advice and assitance in this matter."

"Burnt coffee served with a bad attitude, $6 for a container of half unripe fruit, when I took it back the lady saw me standing there after she spoke to another customer but continued to scrub her tongs and no acknowledgement, when she finally turned around I showed and told her about the fruit and she just said I can't refund you, so I said you're charging customers $6 for a container of half ripe fruit. And just shrugged her shoulders."

"Wow….you’d expect a cafe in a hospital to have nice staff. My God the lady today (I’ve been twice and the first time the lady was nice) this time (Friday 20-05 at 1:50pm) it’s felt like I was bothering her. She threw the COLD sandwich at me and I asked if it could get toasted and she sighed and proceed to do it. Said NOT one word to me. How horrible. Seeing all the bad reviews about rude staff you’d think it could have changed. Clearly it doesn’t matter as there is no competition."

"Wow! I’ve never met a more RUDE staff member in my life. Putting down a customer (me) for her choice in food items is quite frankly quite outrageous! What a horrible middle-aged lady you are! The food was sub-par also. For a hospital retailer you would hope the staff have some sort of compassion towards others, but clearly not. To the blonde haired lady, I hope you are retrained in customer service or better yet, moved on. Horrid lady."

"When visiting Redcliffe Hospital, came across this little cafe. I had the toasted veggie burger with black Brioche bun. It tasted really nice, the burger pattie was cooked to perfection, the buns were so smooth, fresh tomatoes and spinach. Nice meal. Recommend this place to any visitors of Redcliffe Hospital."
