"I politely enquired if they accepted Afterpay for Virgin airlines flights because I have the app & you can pay for Virgin flights via the Afterpay app. The older woman who i asked spoke to me in an abrupt & condescending manner. She didn't even let me explain my reasoning ( interrupted me when i tried to speak )or offer an alternative method of payment. I felt embarrassed & a little humiliated because her tone indicated that my question was stupid & i was not worth her time as a customer. I left & booked my flights via Virgins website & payed with Zippay."
"Who needs flight centre when we have these people as an option... I was abit unsure of an airline and the owner was the the one looking after me and he took the time to go over reviews and discuss them with me to make sure I was okay with booking with that airline and it was only a domestic flight for Sydney. I don't normally use a travel agent after, so a couple of bad dealings with flight centre, but I can say I'll be doing all my travel bookings here. And have already passed it onto friends.. Price wise they are happy to help you find best deal. Buynow pay later, not something they do due to credit revenue during COVID, which is understandable. So have cash or your credit card."
