"Worst customer services I've experieced from a travel agency. My ticket was placed on hold and then asked me to wait for couple of hours and they would call back for the final confirmation. Now its been 4 days I havent received a single call from them, instead when I try to call them back they would reply that they are busy at the moment and will call back soon if I left my contact details with them (which is already with them as I have my ticket on hold)."
