"We have just booked a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. The young lady that served us was friendly and polite. 10days out from our trip I went to pick up the documents unfortunately the young lady was not working that day and had to deal with an older man. Well he displayed very poor customer serve skills. First the flights had been changed to a day earlier which was ok but he proceeded to argue with me they hadn’t. When he looked at the documentation on the computer he found they had his response was ‘oh’. Really after arguing with me. He was reluctant to prepare the documents as they had not been printed as yet. It was only when I said the older lady in the office said they could be printed he proceeded to get the documents. Two of us were travelling from separate household and he wouldn’t print two sets of documents. We spent around $7000 and he thought spending $2 on some copies was too much to ask. Another staff member printed the second set for me and the older man who now had other customers in front of him continually had to make comments to me to justify his actions. He stated he had 15 years experience in the industry wouldn’t you think he would know better then to argue and try to belittle a customer in this way. Very poor form from the older man at flight centre please use other staff. O"
