"DO NOT DEAL WITH - DISHONEST & RUDE! Sold me a second hand gear box - didn’t ship for 10 business days, when I enquired they said there was an issue with the post - LIES! When we received it, it turned out it had been severely damaged and they had to repair it before shipping it. They DID NOT call me to disclose this to me. They also did not do a full repair job - missing a second fracture MY mechanic then had to repair! When I called to discuss and request at least a small refund, Yousef refused saying I was lucky to get it and hung up on me! Do yourself a favour, and go somewhere else. Edit - after contacting fair trading, the company solicitor offered compensation. I am satisfied with this outcome but do not advocate Yousef."
