"If you want a masterclass on retail and customer service look no further. Went in and bought a washing machine, as soon as I installed it it started leaking a massive amount of water. Went back to the shop and Gary immediately recognized me and called me by my name. He was on my case straight away and got the manager on board to find a solution. In no time sash went and found a suitable piece for the issue my new washing machine was having, for whatever reason it did not have the stopper on the lint filter. They did what they had to do, did it in style, welcoming and friendly, prompt and perfect. Staff In there is happy and helpful. This is why I still buy in a store and not online, thank you guys!"

If you take a product back, expect a hard time, go for a jog, clear your head, because you can expect the worst, FALICITY at the counter will make you feel as uncomfortable as possible, just don't give up, just a heads up, I know you will appreciate it."
