"Melbourne boasts an array of coffee haunts, but this particular spot has set a new benchmark for me. The first thing that stands out is the ambiance – it's inviting and makes one feel at ease. Although I'm usually inclined to work from my office, this cafe beckoned me to settle in and work. What's more, for those looking to conduct meetings outside the office, they've thoughtfully provided meeting rooms. However, what truly elevated my experience was the impeccable customer service. It's a sad fact that top-notch customer service isn't always a given in Melbourne, but here, it was nothing short of perfect. The staff were not only professional and friendly but went above and beyond to ensure a memorable visit. While their coffee may not clinch the top spot for Melbourne's best, the holistic experience, especially the standout customer service, makes it a must-visit. It's a vivid reminder that sometimes it's not just about the drink, but the experience and the people who make it worthwhile. Highly recommended!"

"Popped in twice for work and it's a great spot for a quick meal or coffee. It's spacious and bright inside with heaps of seating options. Great selection of food and cake, slices, muffins etc. The service is friendly and there's one team member called Jess that is a star... what a personality! Bright, bubbly, engaging and what other cafes need to make customers feel welcomed!!"

"Located in Ferntree Business Park in Notting Hill, LT. Collins is a great choice for coffee and cake, a gourmet sandwich, wrap, focaccia or something more substantial. The team behind Hawk & Hunter and Little Ox have created a light, uncomplicated space to meet, grab a tasty snack or meal during your lunch break or a coffee throughout the day. We dined in and enjoyed a tasty lunch last Thursday around 1pm. The café was busy and buzzing, full of workers from nearby businesses enjoying lunch and people ordering takeaway from the counter. Despite the pace, we were warmly greeted by friendly staff and our orders placed within minutes. The food arrived quickly and we enjoyed the “Just Beet it” salad with braised lamb, which was super tasty (we couldn’t get enough of the maple walnuts) and well presented. The manager is friendly, passionate, positive and extra personable. Open from 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday, I’d highly recommend LT. Collins. We’ll be back for sure."
