"The driver in this picture needs to be fired, this shows the qualty of drivers you hire. He decided he would block the whole pedestrian path and when asked if he could back up slightly so pedestrians were not forced to walk into on coming traffic he got aggressive. He prevented someone in a wheel chair getting across the road and i understand people make mistakes but instead of apologising and simple backing up one meter he decided to verbally abuse the pedestrians. This man should not be driving and i hope that you take this matter seriously, i look forward to hearing from you about how he will be dealt with."

"Worst experience ever. Pre-booked and paid for a Maxi Taxi to the airport. The pick up time arrived and went with no sign of the Taxi. Rang Silver Service Cabs only to be told by the operator that they had placed the job on their system and now waiting for someone to accept the job. What was the point of pre-booking and paying in advance if they only allocate the job at the pick up time. Had to cancel the booking and drive to the airport just making the flight. No wonder Uber is doing so well."
