This program provides paid training and employment opportunities for young individuals, helping them develop essential workplace skills and build confidence as they navigate their way to adulthood.

Our program is based on proven solutions to end the cycle of homelessness for young people. We are proud to share that a significant number of our trainees have successfully moved on to ongoing employment and/or education, showcasing the effectiveness of our approach.

Each trainee in our program has the opportunity to develop workplace confidence and skills by working across our family of social enterprises. This comprehensive training ensures that they are equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in the professional world.

By focusing on key impact pillars such as housing, education, confidence, employment, and community, our evidence-based programs aim to break the homelessness cycle for good. We believe that by addressing these fundamental areas, we can empower young individuals and provide them with the opportunities they deserve.

To further support our graduates, we connect them with ongoing employment opportunities through our Open Shift employer network program. This network ensures that our trainees have access to meaningful employment options even after they complete our training program.
