At Chancez Cafes, we offer NDIS-funded learning pathways to prepare you for future employment or further training. By participating at Chancez, you become part of our community, where you can gain valuable skills and contribute to the running and decision-making of the cafe. Our team supervision is shared between participants and Araluen staff, ensuring a supportive environment for growth and self-confidence.

In addition to our cafes, we also offer catering and baking services, allowing you to learn a range of skills that are in demand in the hospitality industry. Whether you're interested in coffee making, food preparation, or customer service, Chancez Cafe provides the perfect platform for you to develop your talents.

We are proud to be part of a community-driven project that has transformed a restored W-Class Tram into our cafe. Located in Diamond Creek Reserve, next to the Diamond Creek Regional Playspace, our cafe offers a unique and inviting atmosphere. You can enjoy your coffee in our covered outdoor seating area, surrounded by the lush greenery of Possum Hollow Playground.

Our cafe operates at different times, with Rotary Volunteers, local community groups, and staff Baristas taking turns in running the cafe. On select days, Chancez participants have the opportunity to learn hospitality skills alongside our experienced team.
