"Rarely happens that I order something and everything is done as per the order. After a couple of times that they forgot to add extra patties, bacon that I usually add to the standard item, I recently kept leaving note reminding them to not forget them. Now that they didn’t forget the extra patty, they have sent the order without the drink! Just Wondering, should I add a note and remind all my order again to get a everything that I am paying for????"
"Drove all the way there to have the barbie box before we went and saw the barbie movie, but it wasn’t available for some reason. The manager even yelled at the lovely girl serving us because she wasn’t allowed to give us the barbie pink Mayo, even though it was clearly available. Pretty disappointed tbh. My girls were bummed out too and we felt bad for the girl serving us who was screamed at for just doing her job."
"My wife and I visited Grill’d recently and we were impressed by the food we had. I tried the beef, crispy beacon and cheese burger which was extremely delicious. I loved it. My wife tried the superpower salad which was good too but not great as the burger. Burger size was small comparatively."
"Their slider is a must try, I personally liked the vintage and classic a lot! Their burger is really good, would have been a 5 star for me if they serve the onion rings hot ( since it become soggy and cold when it reached our table ) They got confused with the order , upon entering they said we can order online and they’ll serve the food , but they put it in a takeaway bag which made the food cold when it reached our table. Anyways other than that everything is perfect! ❤️ i still enjoyed their food.
