"It was very disappointing. My partner and I were talking about how great the food was, and that we will come back, until the price charged was higher than the menus we were shown by staff (menus given to us after being sat at the dine-in area). We really liked the food but wouldn't have chose to dine here or come back if we were aware of the actual price. It was a pity at first, but seeing their attitude after we provided feedback, we knew we made the right decision."
"Food was great, but they did us dirty with the price. We were wondering why the bill was more expensive when paying, they said we saw the takeaway price. Turns out they gave us the takeaway menu though we were clearly eating in. When we realised it, there wasn't even a surprise or sorry, which made us believe it was deliberately done. Because of this dishonest practice, we will never go back. Edit: We were handed the menus by staff, AFTER we indicated we are two people wanting to dine in (sit down) and were actually seated by staff. So please don't attribute it to our reading abilities."
